Name Reservation 

Create an SECP Account: 

 If you don’t already have one, go to the SECP e-Services Portal and create one. 

Apply for a Name Reservation: 

Open the SECP e-Services portal and log in. 

After selecting “Company Name Reservation,” complete the necessary fields. 

Give up to three name choices, arranged according to preference, making sure they follow SECP’s rules. 

Complete the online application and make the necessary payment. 

Obtain Verification: 

In a few days, SECP will send you an email confirming the name reservation or, in the event that your suggested names are rejected, requesting a fresh submission. 

Validity

The name reservation is valid for ninety days after it is authorized, giving you time to finish the registration process. 

Company Registration 

Get the required paperwork ready: Collect the following records: 

Memorandum of Association:  

This contains the name, goals, and fundamental details of your business. 

Your company’s internal rules and regulations are outlined in the articles of association. 

CNIC copies of the CEO, authorized person, and director . 

THE registered office address and contact details of the business. 

Pay the Registration Fee:  

Use one of the permitted payment options offered by the SECP to make the required online payment. 

Certificate of Incorporation: 

 After your application is accepted, you will be emailed a Certificate of Incorporation, which will formally acknowledge your business.
