LEGAL NOTICE
I, Ahmad Bilal, the owner and representative of Come and Own, a registered company located at [Address, Charsada], hereby issue this formal legal notice through my legal counsel to you, Mr. Hakim, in connection with the unauthorized use of my company’s registered logo in the sale and purchase of goods.
- About the Logo and Trademark
My company, Come and Own, is a legally registered entity, and I hold the exclusive rights to the logo and trademark associated with it, which has been duly registered with the relevant intellectual property authorities. The logo is a distinctive mark that represents the identity and business activities of my company. - Violation of Rights
It has come to my attention that you, Mr. Hakim, have been using the logo of Come and Own without authorization for the purpose of selling and purchasing goods. This constitutes a direct violation of my intellectual property rights and is an infringement of the registered trademark of my company. - Unlawful Use
You have been unlawfully displaying, reproducing, and using the logo in connection with commercial transactions, which has the potential to confuse consumers and damage the reputation of my company. This use is without my consent and constitutes an infringement of my exclusive rights over the registered logo. - Demand for Cease and Desist
In light of the above, I hereby demand that you immediately: a) Cease and desist from any further use, display, reproduction, or distribution of my company’s logo.
b) Remove any material, advertisements, or products bearing the unauthorized logo from any platform, website, or location where you have been using it.
c) Provide a written undertaking within 10 days from the date of receipt of this notice that you will not engage in any further unauthorized use of the registered logo of Come and Own. - Legal Consequences
Should you fail to comply with these demands within the given 10-day period, I will be forced to initiate legal proceedings against you, including but not limited to filing for an injunction, pursuing claims for damages, and taking any other legal action necessary to protect my rights. This may include seeking legal recourse through the courts for the violation of my intellectual property rights.
This notice is issued in good faith, with the intention of resolving the matter amicably and avoiding the need for further legal actions. However, if you fail to comply with the demands set forth above within 10 days, I will have no choice but to proceed with filing a formal legal notice, and if necessary, take the matter to court for resolution.
Kindly treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
