Once you log in, do not select “Start New LLP.” Instead, go to “Do It Now” and choose the “Combined Name Reservation and Incorporation Process.” This option is the best for company registration because it combines name approval and incorporation into one smooth process.

An important step in your company registration is choosing a name. You must suggest three unique names for your business. The system will check their availability instantly. Furthermore, you should also write a brief meaning for each name to help the registrar with approval.

Completing Company and Director Details
You now need to provide the company’s registered office address. This can even be a director’s home address. Then, you will define your company’s authorized share capital. After that, you must add the details of all directors. This includes their personal information, occupation, and the number of shares they will hold. You must also upload clear, color copies of their CNIC cards, both front and back.
Finalizing and Submitting Your Application
The system will automatically generate your company’s memorandum and articles of association. You should review these documents. Then, the person filing the application must accept a digital declaration. Finally, all directors must log into their accounts, review the entire application, and apply their digital signatures to submit the company registration.
Making the Payment and Getting Approval
After submission, you will proceed to the payment section. You can pay the government fee securely using a debit or credit card. Once the payment is successful, your application status will change to “Under Review.” The SECP will then process your company incorporation, and you will receive your Certificate of Incorporation via email upon approval.
